Join the New Year’s Rock Your Resolution Challenge

The time has come. The holidays are over and all that remains are uneaten fruitcakes and looming New Year resolutions. We all know how it goes – goals of going to the gym and practicing healthy eating habits get pushed into January with the motto of “I’ll start after the holidays.” That’s where we come in. We’re doing everything in our power to make this year the one where you actually keep your resolution – one challenge at a time.

The 2013 Rock your Resolution Challenge is the first chance for you to kick-start the New Year. All you have to do is log 10 workouts within 30 days (before March 10th). All eligible participants who complete the challenge will be included in a random drawing for one of five $200 MapMyFitness prize packages. Each prize package will include: one annual MapMyFitness MVP Membership and one $150 gift card to the MapMyFitness Marketplace.

Activity

We believe that setting a goal is the first step in the right direction. While most people who make a resolution don’t actually keep it in place for an entire year, those who set realistic goals do actually meet them. The Rock Your Resolution Challenge is the perfect jumping off point and will give you a healthy start to boost your goal a little closer to achievement.

It’s no surprise that losing weight, exercising more, and eating healthier are the most common New Year’s resolutions in the U.S. Our goal at MapMyFitness is to turn your goals into a reality with very simple, achievable challenges. Is it too cold to hit the trail? Then bring your workout inside. Logging a workout is easy and we have provided various activities for you to choose from (think outside the box and log weight lifting or yoga).
